Well, this is my very first BLOG ever! The old saying is not true; you can
teach an old dog new tricks!! I am learning something new every day and I
guess that is what we are supposed to do!
I have learned to “pin, post, tweet, snap, tag, text, & share” and also blog just like the little girl on the cell phone commercial says.
So here goes . . .
I am a person who loves to craft. I like all kinds of crafting! Sewing has been my main passion for many
years and now I find paper crafting has taken my interest predominately, but I
do love to learn new things all the time. I will try new trends and styles of all kinds
of crafts or just learning how to do a new kind of craft or project. There it is, learning something new every
day! I have to have my hands busy
working on something. I love doing
things for people that make them happy and I suppose in turn that makes me
happy. I do get grumpy if I cannot get
to my crafting for a while. I need the
creativity outlet or I get very bogged down (not blogged).
I love my job, working with numbers and accounting, which is
what my job consists of mostly along with seeing to the maintenance of the
building. I have the opportunity to work
with some of the very best teachers in Plano every day, and a principal who is
in the know and very fast paced. They
inspire me to learn more and try new things to keep up with the technology of
today. I keep up with their budget and
they keep me up to date on everything else.
What a deal! We have a wonderful
caring family atmosphere and that makes coming to work every day worthwhile.
